Can I Change My Doctor?

Of course! There are lots of reasons you may want to change your Primary Care Physician (PCP). Maybe you moved. Maybe you found a closer doctor. Maybe you just want someone you are more comfortable with.

We want your health care to be as easy and friendly as possible. Need to make a change?

Choosing a new PCP is easy! You can:

  • Sign into your personalized Secure Member Portal and select a new PCP.
    Call us at 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711) Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and we can help you choose a new PCP.

But wait! While you’re choosing your new PCP, make sure we have your most recent contact information.

You can update your address and phone number with us using the same Secure Member Portal or by phone. Call us at 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711) Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and we will be happy to help you.

What then?

Once you have selected a new PCP and checked your contact information, we will mail you a new member ID card. Your new member ID will include your new PCP’s name, address and phone number.
