Private TPL and Medicare Advantage Plan Update Request Change (IB 25-19 revised 10.14.26)

LDH revised Informational Bulletin 25-19 on 10.14.26 to update TPL contact information, including removal of UnitedHealthcare from the MCO contact list following its Medicaid contract termination; existing TPL submission and escalation processes remain unchanged.
