2017-04 Preferred Drug List (PDL) Update

In order to ensure you have the medications you need to treat your patients, Louisiana Healthcare Connections has updated our Preferred Drug List (PDL).
These changes remove the Prior Authorization requirements for the following drugs:

In addition, AcariaHealth has announced that it now has access to Xolair. Xolair is an injectable prescription medication used to treat moderate to severe persistent asthma in patients age 6 or older. For more information, contact AcariaHealth at 1-800-511-5144.
