LDH Seeks Provider Feedback on Transportation (NEMT) and Pharmacy Benefits

Louisiana Healthcare Connections and the Louisiana Department of Health continues to look for ways the improve managed care programs in Louisiana. 

In an effort to learn more and gain feedback from providers on opinions for improving the current model, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Pharmacy Benefits Feedback Form has been created. This form will give providers, as well as the public, an opportunity to give feedback on the transportation services and pharmacy benefit delivery models. Your feedback is important and will help LDH when decisions are made in improving these models.

Deadline to provide feedback is Monday, June 21, 2021.
