2021-34: LDH Issues Revision to Immunization FFS Schedule

The Louisiana Department of Health has updated the Children/Adolescents Immunization fee schedule for procedure code 90686 (Influenza Virus Vaccine). This update allows reimbursement of CPT code 90686 with no age restrictions effective 1/1/2019.

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has updated its systems. Any previously denied claims will be automatically recycled by January 6, 2022 with no action required by Providers.
