2022-01: Leg Stent Coding Requirements

Effective April 15, 2022, Wellcare by Allwell will require prior authorization review for Leg Stent Coding.

Wellcare by Allwell  will require prior authorization for the following codes starting April 15, 2022. Providers can check codes on the prior authorization tool and submit a request through our provider portal.
