2022-02: Updated Provider Manual Available

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has updated our Provider Manual to align with the Louisiana Department of Health's Informational Bulletin 21-29:Cochlear Implant Policy and Informational Bulletin 21-30: Cardiovascular Services Policy on December 21, 2021.

Changes to the Louisiana Healthcare Connections Provider Manual reflect the authorization requirements for cochlear implants and cardiovascular services.  

We encourage providers to review the new policies that are relevant to their practice, and look forward to continuing to partner with you to transform health in Louisiana.
