2026 Person Centered Planning Training

Person-centered planning is a collaborative process where people using behavioral health services participate in the development of service goals and in the selection of services provided. Person-centered planning is strengths-based and focuses on an individual’s abilities, preferences, and goals. Individuals using services and their significant others are core participants in the development of the goals and plans for treatment. In an effort to further the utilization of this approach, all MCOs will be offering training sessions. During the training sessions you will have the opportunity to ask questions about updates and revisions. Although the training sessions will be offered by different MCOs, the information provided will be applicable to all MCOs. You do not have to be contracted with the hosting MCO to attend the training.
