2020-16: Authorization Requirement for Crisis Intervention Follow-Up (H2011)

As required by the Louisiana Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual, Louisiana Healthcare Connections will require authorization for Crisis Intervention Follow Up (H2011) effective January 1, 2021. Details on the service criteria can be found in the Louisiana Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual in Chapter 2, Section 2.3: Outpatient Services pages 36-45 of 50.
