2021-32: $25 COVID-10 Vaccine Administration Update for Pharmacy Providers

Effective November 1, 2021, all in-network pharmacies must submit a value of $25 in addition to the vaccine administration fees in order to receive full incentive amounts.
Louisiana Healthcare Connections will continue to reprocess claims with dates of service July 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021 to pay the additional $25 bonus.
