When you are a Louisiana Healthcare Connections member, free vision coverage is part of your plan! Call now to make your 2022 appointment with an in-network eye doctor so you can see the new year clearly.

Our members get a free eye exam and vision test every calendar year. Adult members (21 and older) who need glasses can get one pair per year. And because we know kids play hard and can easily lose or break their glasses, members under age 21 can get up to three pairs per year. Prescriptions are required for all glasses.

You can choose one of hundreds of eye doctors in our network. Here are two ways to find one near you:

  • Use our online Find-A-Provider tool anytime at https://findaprovider.louisianahealthconnect.com. You can search by provider name or zip code using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
  • Call Member Services at 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711). We’re here to help Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
