Louisiana Healthcare Connections is sharing an update to the Private Third Party Liability and Medicare Advantage Plan Update Request  Change (IB 16-15) made on February 20, 2025.

Below is a brief summary of revisions.

• Removal of effective date
• Update to how providers may submit all private TPL and Medicare Advantage Plan update through HMS via the TPL Portal.
• For any questions on logging into the TPL Portal, or requesting credentials, refer to the User Manual.
• Removal of MCO contact grid.
