Provider Enrollment Status Lookup Tool Available

Have you registered for the Provider Enrollment Portal? A Provider Enrollment Status lookup tool is now available to check the progress of a provider’s portal enrollment. Any public user can check a provider’s status.

Searches can be conducted using one of several data points – NPI, provider name, provider type, specialty, address, city and state or zip code. The lookup tool is updated daily and the results may be downloaded.

Results given will show the provider’s status as either enrollment complete, action required or currently in process by Gainwell. Providers that show no results are not required to enroll at this time.
