Provider Payments Delayed Due to Banking System Disruption

Due to an external banking system disruption, payments to providers expected to occur on January 27, 2026, have been delayed. This disruption affects all plan types (Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare Advantage).

Claims continue to be processed and queued for payment normally. The issue is within the banking system; there is no action needed by providers.
