As Louisiana's largest Medicaid health plan known for consistently high member and provider satisfaction, Louisiana Healthcare Connections seeks a strategic partner to manage non-emergency transportation services across the state. On Monday, November 9, 2020, Louisiana Healthcare Connections released a Request for Information (RFI) for non-emergency transportation services. Through this RFI, Louisiana Healthcare Connections looks to build a long-term relationship that ensures members receive timely, cost effective transportation to appointments and a superior rider experience.
The RFI includes Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), Non-Emergency Ambulance Transportation (NEAT) and any other additional agreed upon services across Louisiana. We look to build a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with a reputable non-emergent transportation organization with a track record of quality programs, cost effectiveness, rideshare technology and capabilities, and all provided with superior service.
