That includes reliable vision coverage for children and adults at no cost. Here’s what you need to know about our vision benefits for our members:
What is covered?
Regular Exams
- A free eye exam and vision test every calendar year.
Glasses and Replacements
Members Under Age 21:
- Up to three pairs of glasses (lenses and frames) per calendar year. This includes replacing lenses on frame you already have.
Members Age 21 and Older:
- One pair of glasses (lenses and frames) per calendar year. Lens replacements are not covered.
Medically Necessary Services
- When medically necessary, additional services like corrective treatment, eye surgery and specialized eyewear may be covered.

Free Transportation To Vision Appointments!
