Telehealth Claims POS 10 Resolution

Louisiana Healthcare Connections is manually monitoring and approving the telehealth claims billed with POS 10 on check runs each week while the configuration to build in our system is in progress. These claims were adjudicated and denied during the week of 7/11/2022 and have a paid date of 7/12/22 and 7/19/22. The claims denied in error will be recycled immediately and no further action is required by providers. Providers should receive their payments/updated remittances on or before August 14, 2022.
