Therapeutic Counseling Clinic Recognized as 2019 Community Health Grant Awardee

Louisiana Healthcare Connections presented Therapeutic Counseling Clinic, Inc., in Bogalusa, La., with a plaque and special banner on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, recognizing the organization as a 2019 Community Health Grant Awardee. The Community Health Grants program provides grant funding for eligible healthcare providers, schools and nonprofit organizations across the state to support community-level projects that address hunger and food insecurity. Therapeutic Counseling Clinic, Inc. received grant funding to support “Nutrition for a Healthier Tomorrow,” a collaborative community project with local partners including the Greater Bogalusa Community Center, Bogalusa YMCA, LSU AgCenter and Rayburn Correctional Center.
