Envolve Pharmacy Solutions (EPS) recently released educational material for providers regarding heart failure treatment options.
Nearly five million adults in the Unites States are currently living with heart failure. Heart failure is responsible for 11 million physician visits each year and more hospitalizations than all forms of cancers combined.
