How can we serve you better?

As a Louisiana Healthcare Connections member, we want to know what you think about your health plan and our services.

You may have received a letter recently asking you to take a survey about your health plan. Please respond because your answers will help us improve our member experience. The survey will take you less than 20 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey online or by mail.

We are asking only a few people to take the survey. So it is important that you complete the survey right away.

The survey is part of a national project by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-profit group that helps people learn more about health care plans. Your answers will not have your name on them and will be part of a pool of information from others like you.

If you misplaced your survey letter, please call Press Ganey toll-free at 1-888-797-3605. They will mail you another one. You can also call them if you have any questions about the survey.

Remember: The survey only helps if everyone who gets the survey sends it back, so please complete it as soon as possible.
