2021-05: Updated Provider Manual Available

Louisiana Healthcare Connections is pleased to announce that we have recently updated our Provider Manual. These updates incorporate several recent Medicaid policy changes from LDH, listed below. The latest version of our Provider Manual can always be downloaded from our Provider Resources page. 

Our Provider Manual has been updated to reflect the changes to the policies listed:

• Bariatric Surgery (pg 31)
• Breast Surgery (pg 31)
• Developmental and Autism Screening (pg 77)
• Perinatal Depression Screening (pg 31)
• Medical Transportation (pg 13)
