8 Things You Didn't Know About Our Secure Provider Portal

We offer many convenient and secure tools to support our providers in delivering quality, coordinated care to their patients – our members. One of these tools is our secure provider portal, where our providers can complete tasks like verifying member eligibility and submitting claims. But our provider portal offers many more functions.

Here are eight more functions of our provider portal that you may not have known about:

  1. Submit, view and confirm service authorizations.
  2. Review your HEDIS measures to increase your incentive earnings.
  3. Review timely ED utilization data reports.
  4. View historical patient health records.
  5. View, manage and download your patient list.
  6. Communicate with us through secure messaging.
  7. Submit assessments to provide better care.
  8. Update your demographic information.

Registering is fast and simple. Get registered now by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to this page and click “Login.”

Step 2: On the Login Screen, click “Create an Account.”

Step 3: Enter your Tax ID, name and email address, and create a password. (Remember: passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter, and include a number or symbol.)

Step 4: Check your email – we’ll send you a registration code.

Step 6: Enter the confirmation code and click “Confirm.”

Step 7: Select your secret questions and provide your answers. (Note: remember these questions and answers, as you will need them if you forget your password or lock your account!)

Step 8: Keep an eye on your email. Once your account is activated, you’ll receive an email inviting you to login and enjoy all the features of the secure provider portal!
