New Member Services Phone Number Makes It Easier for Members with Behavioral Health Only Coverage to Call Us

Everyone wants health care to be simpler and easier to navigate. At Louisiana Healthcare Connections, we strive to make your experience with care as easy as possible. That’s why we’re happy to announce that we are simplifying the way our members get in touch with us.

Until now, there was a unique member services phone number for members who have behavioral health only coverage. Now, all of our members will use the same phone number for Member Services. This gets rid of any possible confusion over what number to call, making it easier to get help when you need it.

To contact Member Services, all members should call 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711) for help with questions about benefits, finding providers, and more.

Members with behavioral health only coverage will receive an updated member ID card this summer. If you’ve moved recently, be sure to give us your new address to make sure you get your new member ID card. You can update your address by logging into your member account. Or you call us a call at 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711) to update your address.

Getting Behavioral Health Services

You can access mental health and substance use services by directly contacting a provider. You can see any provider in Louisiana Healthcare Connections’ network for services. If you would like help finding a provider, we’ll be happy to help: call 1-866-595-8133 (TTY: 711).

Crisis Support

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need help right away, call our 24/7 Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Hotline to speak with a licensed mental health counselor at 1-844-677-7553 (Hearing Loss: 711).
