LDH Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual: MHR Chapter Revisions

Louisiana Healthcare Connections is sharing with providers about a revision published to the mental health rehabilitation chapter of the Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual.

Revisions include the removing PT AG Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Provider Agency PS 8E CSoC/ Behavioral Health as an allowed provider type to the following chapters: Crisis Response Services for Adults, Outpatient Therapy by Licensed Practitioners, Homebuilders and Functional Family Therapy (FFT) And Functional Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW).
